Due to COVID 19 order processing is delayed to a minimum of 6 business days.

Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information. The checkout page offers various shipping method choices and respective prices.

Processing Time

We know how exciting it is to receive new packages so we work to get your order processed as soon as possible. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner with the exception of sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, busy times. During these times there is a possibility that order processing may take longer.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Orders ship priority mail, which can take 2-5 days to arrive depending on the postal service in your area.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment.
We will continue to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible, however, we do appreciate your patience.

Possible Delays

COVID -19 USPS:

Delay in Service Guarantee effective Oct 1, 2020.; Domestic mail couriers' estimated delivery windows are now being affected. Sadly, we cannot control shipping carrier delays.

Tracking updates may take an additional 5-7 business days to update. Please be aware before placing an order.

Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

We currently have a 3-5 business day processing time before all of our orders are shipped from the warehouse.  

 

Tracking My Order

Standard shipping on domestic items is 5-10 business days from order date. This includes our 3-5 business days for processing plus 2-5 business days for delivery. 

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 3-5 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically. 

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
